The rainbow baths are the heart of the
rainbow world. They are nourished by the fresh alpine waters of the Ziggl Fountain and stand out for their favourably coordinated and extended journey.
Our experience and examinations have shown, that a bath in addition to Kneipp treatment and a massage leads to a higher sensation of well-being than without this combination. It is as a result of this that the sequence of baths in the Vital Hotel Krone is as follows:
You begin with an alternating hot and cold foot bath according to Kneipp, then continue by drinking a specific tea in order to open the kidney valves, next, by having a short shower and finally by immersing yourself in the desired bath. After the bath and a massage you relax in resting
room “Cloud 7”, doze off or enjoy the view over the roofs of Bressanone.

The bathing culture has a long tradition in South Tyrol, reaching far back to the passed century. 120 years ago the first guests came to South Tyrol with the aim of convalescing in the curing baths. Many typical natural mountain elements like hay, hay flowers, stone pine and mountain pine were used for the treatment baths.
